- 1½ cup raw oats
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup water

- Add oats to blender and blend until powdered.
- Add liquids to the blender and blend until incorporated.
